How do I return an item?
Returns and exchanges can be made within 21 days of purchase. Please email customerservice@jacvanek.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Form and Number which MUST accompany all returns and exchanges. The email must include the first and last name you placed the order under, your order number, and the reason for your exchange or return. Instructions for returns and exchanges will be emailed to you along with the form. Items returned must be in new condition, unworn, and not washed. We refund the item price plus any applicable tax. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Please note that all vintage and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
